Every Week you will learn a new Lesson, no need an equipment in the beginning . Remember this, constant training the key to build outstanding SKILLS! You can training 5 days at Week or 7 days! One Hour a day will be enough for First Month, than you need to bump up to One and a Half Hour. Remember my Friend! EVERY MASTER WAS ONCE A BEGINNER, EVERY PRO WAS ONCE AN AMETURE.

3rd Degree in Hap Ki Do, 3rd Degree in American Kenpo ( Amerikick ), 3rd Degree in Taekwondo World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), and Current Ameture Fighter in Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
- Short Story :
Sensei Niko began to training from age of 12 in Russian Federation, he received his first Black Belt in Taekwondo at the age of 15. At age 16, he joined the National Team of Russia in Taekwondo for participation in International Competitions. A few years later he moved to South Korea for several years to study Hap Ki Do, Taekwondo, Kendo to one of the famous masters of Korea his name is Kim Chil Young, the training sessions were held at a special course of 10 hours a day. At 25 years old , he received 3rd Degree of Hap Ki Do and Taekwondo. A year later he moved to USA and joined a huge organization in United States called " Amerikick " he met a Master Level of Martial Arts , Master Alex Davydov and two years later he received 3rd Degree in American Kenpo. At the moment he continues to perform in the battles in the ring of Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
